3/4 ozDry vermouth
1/2 ozLemon juice
3 piecePineapple
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
2 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Muddle pineapple in base of shaker and add other ingredients.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
