Ingredients

1 1/4 ozWhite rum
1/4 ozSweet vermouth
3/4 ozLapponia cloudberry liqueur
1/4 ozLime juice
2 barspoonsSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit, bear grass, sweet potato, and a white radish.
