Ingredients

1 ozGold rum
1 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozDark rum
1/2 ozGrand Marnier
1/2 ozApricot liqueur
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozOrange juice
3/4 ozOrgeat syrup
6 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except dark rum to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Float dark rum on top.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
