1/4 barspoonBlanche Absinthe
1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/2 ozFalernum liqueur
1/4 ozCinnamon syrup
1 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and a lime wedge.
