  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Muddle the fresh ginger gently in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a ginger slice.
