1. Chill a flute glass.
2. Add green grapes to a mixing glass and muddle gently.
3. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to the mixing glass.
4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
5. Strain into the prepared glass.
6. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
7. Garnish with red grapes.
