Ingredients

1 1/2 ozAmontillado sherry
1 1/2 ozPalo cortado sherry
1 pieceOrange wedge
1 pieceLemon wedge
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Shake with ice until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  3. Strain into a julep cup filled with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries and a quarter wheel each of orange and lemon. Serve with straws.
