Ingredients

1/2 ozBrandy
1 1/2 ozAmer Picon
1/4 ozGrenadine
1 1/2 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except brandy to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Float brandy on top.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
