1 ozWhite rum
1 ozGold rum
1/2 ozAmaretto
1 barspoonHazelnut liqueur
5 dropMaraschino liqueur
1 sliceFresh ginger
3 ozPineapple juice
1 ozLime juice
Instructions
- Chill a tiki glass.
- Muddle the slice of ginger in the base of a shaker.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Shake with ice until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled tiki glass.
- Garnish with assorted citrus and a dehydrated pineapple slice.
