Ingredients

1 3/4 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozGold rum
1 ozAmaretto
3 ozPineapple juice
1/4 ozLime juice
1 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry and a mint sprig.
