Ingredients

3 ozCoconut water
1/2 ozAbsinthe
1/2 ozCoconut rum liqueur
3 dashLiquorice bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a star anise or a coconut.
