Ingredients

3/4 ozScotch whisky
3/4 ozLillet rouge
4 pieceMaraschino cherry
3/4 ozBlood orange liqueur
1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
2 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add maraschino cherry to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a dried orange slice.
