3/4 ozAmontillado sherry
3/4 ozDry white port
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a lemon slice.
