Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
1 barspoonVanilla liqueur
1 1/4 ozPineapple liqueur
3/4 ozLemon juice
0.5Egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with either a pineapple wedge or a dried pineapple wedge.
