1 1/2 ozBrandy
3/4 ozGinger liqueur
1/4 ozGinger wine
1 pieceFresh ginger
1 ozPear juice
3/4 ozLemon juice
0.5Egg white
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Muddle fresh ginger in base of shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled Coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Jerry Thomas bitters.
