  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Muddle fresh ginger in base of shaker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  6. Strain into the chilled Coupe glass.
  7. Garnish with a Jerry Thomas bitters.
