Ingredients

1 ozBourbon whiskey
1/4 ozPinot Noir
1/4 ozStrawberry liqueur
3/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozVanilla syrup
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a sling glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig and icing sugar.
