3/4 ozGin
1 barspoonMaraschino liqueur
4 pieceBlueberries
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozApple juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashLavender bitters
2 1/2 ozRosé sparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients except the rosé sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with rosé sparkling wine.
- Garnish with blueberries and a lavender sprig.
