2 ozReposado tequila
1/2 ozTawny port
4 dashWorcestershire sauce
1/2 barspoonHorseradish sauce
4 ozTomato juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
8 dropHot sauce
2 pinchCelery salt
2 pinchBlack pepper
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass and prepare with a salt rim.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a salt pepper rim and a celery stick.
