1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1 barspoonOlive brine
6 pieceBasil leaves
3/4 ozLemon juice
3 pieceCherry tomato
1/4 ozOrgeat syrup
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add cherry tomato to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a green olive and a basil leaf.
