  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add simple syrup, lime juice, pink grapefruit juice to a shaker and stir to combine.
  3. Add white rum, sweet vermouth, amaro and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
