1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1/4 ozSweet vermouth
1/4 ozAmaro
1/2 ozLime juice
1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add simple syrup, lime juice, pink grapefruit juice to a shaker and stir to combine.
- Add white rum, sweet vermouth, amaro and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
