Ingredients

1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1 ozFino sherry
1/2 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashCreole bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a charcoal rim and a grapefruit peel twist.
