1/4 ozPeach liqueur
3/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozMaple syrup
1 barspoonGinger syrup
0.5Egg white
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Fine strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a candied fresh ginger.
