3/4 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1 barspoonLemon juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
8 dashGinger bitters
3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an atomized peated bourbon whiskey.
