Ingredients

2 ozBlanco tequila
1 barspoonMezcal
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozGinger syrup
1/4 ozHoney syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except mezcal to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Float mezcal on top.
  6. Garnish with a candied ginger.
