1 1/2 ozPoteen/Poitín
1/4 ozGentian liqueur
1/4 ozElderflower liqueur
1/4 ozRosemary syrup
2 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
