1 1/2 ozCachaça
3/4 ozManzanilla sherry
3/4 ozBianco vermouth
1/4 ozRhubarb liqueur
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
3 dashTiki bitters
2 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
- Express grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
