Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Muddle the fresh ginger gently in the base of a shaker.
- Add honey, lime juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
- Add reposado tequila and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
