Ingredients

2 ozReposado tequila
2 sliceFresh ginger
1 ozLime juice
2 barspoonsHoney

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Muddle the fresh ginger gently in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add honey, lime juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  4. Add reposado tequila and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
