1/2 ozTriple sec
1 ozLime juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 barspoonQuince mustard jam
2 pinchBlack pepper
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Fine strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a black pepper.
