1/4 ozChili liqueur
1/4 ozGinger liqueur
1 ozLime juice
1/4 ozTriple sec
1/4 ozPineapple juice
0.5Egg white
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with powdered sugar, salt, and a cayanne pepper.
