1 barspoonMezcal
3/4 ozByrrh
3/4 ozPacharan liqueur
3/4 ozOrange juice
4 dashChocolate bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist and a star anise.
