1/2 barspoonAbsinthe
1 pieceApple
  1. Chill a flute glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
  2. Muddle the apple gently in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lime peel twist and an edible flower.
