1/2 barspoonAbsinthe
3/4 ozApple brandy
3/4 ozLime juice
1 pieceApple
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a flute glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
- Muddle the apple gently in the base of a shaker.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lime peel twist and an edible flower.
