Ingredients

1 1/2 ozWhite rum
3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
4 pieceBasil leaves
3/4 ozLemon juice
1 pieceCherry tomato
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add basil leaves, cherry tomato to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a cherry tomato and a basil sprig.
