Ingredients

1/4 ozElderflower liqueur
1 pieceSugar cube
6 dashMargarita bitters
4 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Drip one drop of bitters on each side of the sugar cube plus 2 more drops on the last face [one each for luck].
  3. Drop the bitters-soaked sugar cube into a chilled glass, then pour other ingredients over cube.
  4. Garnish with a rose blossom.
