Ingredients

1 1/4 ozKrupnik liqueur
1 1/4 ozRhubarb and orange jam
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Fill a flute glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
