  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add honey to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add scotch whisky, cream and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
