  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add honey herbal liqueur, honey to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add scotch whisky, amaretto, oat milk, cream and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
