Ingredients

3/4 ozWhite rum
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozTriple sec
3/4 ozGold rum
1 barspoonGrenadine
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry and a mint sprig.
