Ingredients

2 ozBrandy
1/4 ozLicor 43
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 barspoonOrange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add simple syrup (2:1), lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add brandy, licor 43, orange marmalade and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
