Ingredients

3/4 ozGin
1/4 ozFernet
2 sliceCucumber
1/4 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
