1/4 ozApricot liqueur
1/2 barspoonFresh ginger
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (1:1)
Instructions
- Chill a wine glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a truffle oil.
