1/2 ozBénédictine
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
2 dashAngostura bitters
1 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Strain back into shaker.
- Fine Strain into ice-filled glass.
- Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist, lemon slice, and a maraschino cherry.
