1 barspoonFino sherry
1 1/4 ozNew make spirit
1 barspoonLime juice
1/2 barspoonBanana liqueur
3/4 ozGinger ale
4 dashXocolatl mole bitters
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients except the ginger ale to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
