Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGold rum
1 ozCoconut water
1 ozPilsner
1 barspoonApple cider vinegar
1/4 ozBrown simple syrup
4 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except the apple cider vinegar to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
