Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBrandy
1/4 ozGold rum
1/4 ozTriple sec
1/4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 barspoonPineapple syrup
1 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime peel twist.
