Ingredients

2 ozWhite rum
1 ozDry vermouth
1 barspoonMaraschino liqueur
1 barspoonApricot jam
1 dashGrapefruit bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and an apricot slice.
