1 ozDry vermouth
1 barspoonMaraschino liqueur
1 barspoonApricot jam
1 dashGrapefruit bitters
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and an apricot slice.
