Ingredients

2 ozGold rum
1 barspoonCrème de cassis
2 dashAbsinthe
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozMaple syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a lime peel twist or a dried lime slice.
