  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add honey to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add white rum, Lapsang Souchong, orange marmalade and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
