3/4 ozBourbon whiskey
3/4 ozRye whiskey
3/4 ozSweet vermouth
3/4 ozWhite crème de cacao
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozMaple syrup
0.5Egg white
2 dashCreole bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a walnut bitters.
