1/2 ozApricot liqueur
1/4 ozMastiha liqueur
1 ozLime juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
6 dashGrapefruit bitters
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Fine strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a sage leaf and a pickled onion.
