1 1/2 ozGentian liqueur
1 ozByrrh
1/2 ozPeach liqueur
1 barspoonLemon juice
1 barspoonOrange juice
9 dashCreole bitters
Instructions
- Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients except creole bitters to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Float creole bitters on top.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig.
